Dave Roper Racing

Dave Roper, the first American ever to win an Isle of Man TT, will be riding a restored 580cc Indian TT model v-twin in the 2011 TT. Roper has a lifetime of achievement in vintage racing, including more than 20 AHRMA national championships as well as his win of the 1984 Senior Historic TT on a G50 Matchless. Support the first motorcycle to ever win the Senior TT on the Mountain Course, the only American marque to win at the event and the only American racer to ever win the Senior Historic TT!

I just stumbled across this photo from NJMP :

This is the first lap of the BOT F-1 race Sun. 8/4/13. Pat Mooney crashed his Buell in turn #3A. Ilya Saltykov is just disappearing at the extreme right and I (#7) am inheriting 2nd place. Pat apparently was OK, but his bike wasn't. Photo by John VanNostran

Dave, It looks like you're riding too 'tall in the saddle' thru that turn. I suggest that you adopt the MotoGP star Marquez' style of 'dragging elbow' thru the turn. Otherwise, you'll continue to be a big disappointment to me.
